Refresh damaged eaves, replace worn fascia or finish a new exterior with AR Build. We provide soffit and fascia installation, replacement and repair from Ogden to Provo, including Sandy and Cottonwood Heights, plus Park City and surrounding communities. Coordinate the work with siding, gutters and exterior painting for a consistent finish. Licensed and insured. Free estimates.
Soffit finishes the underside of an eave or porch overhang. We review loose, damaged or missing sections and discuss aluminum soffit options for the space. Solid and vented sections serve different purposes; the choice depends on the existing assembly and its ventilation requirements.
Fascia replacement & trim
Fascia runs along the roof edge and often sits behind the gutter. Peeling finishes, damaged covers or deteriorated backing can require different repairs. We review accessible conditions and discuss the supporting surface, dimensions and finish before defining the work. Hidden damage may require an adjustment to the agreed scope.
Coordinate gutters, siding & paint
A fascia repair may involve removing or adjusting adjacent gutters. A larger update may also involve siding transitions or painted trim. Planning those details together helps define the sequence and avoid gaps between trades. We identify related work in your estimate. AR Build does not offer roof installation or roof replacement.

A good finish starts with the right details.
Tell us which part of the eave or fascia is affected, how high it is and whether you have noticed loose material, staining or recurring moisture. We review accessible attachment surfaces, existing finishes and adjacent gutter conditions to define a repair or replacement scope. Covering a damaged area does not by itself resolve an underlying moisture issue. If the concern involves roofing work outside our services, we explain that limitation. What is the difference between soffit and fascia?
Soffit is the finish beneath the overhang; fascia is the board or finish along its outer edge, often behind the gutter. Both contribute to the exterior finish, but they perform different roles. Vented soffit may be part of the roof ventilation system. We review the assembly before selecting vented or solid material; adding vents everywhere is not automatically the right solution.
Can you repair a small section, and do gutters need to come down?
We can assess a localized repair as well as a larger replacement. Material availability, matching the finish, access and the condition of the backing affect what is practical. Gutters may need temporary removal for fascia work, depending on how they are attached. We discuss that in the estimate, including whether gutter or painting work is part of the scope.
